Terms of Service

Last updated 29 July 2026.

These terms

These terms cover use of this website and, where stated, the provision of services by Fatima Tech Works Limited, registered in England and Wales. Individual client work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Using this website

The content of this site is provided for general information. While we take care to keep it accurate, we make no warranty that it is complete or current, and nothing on this site constitutes professional advice on which you should rely without further discussion.

Case study figures are drawn from client accounts and platform reports at the time stated. Past results are not a promise of future performance — outcomes depend on your products, market and circumstances.

Intellectual property

The design, text, code and images on this site are owned by Fatima Tech Works Limited or used with permission, except where third-party trademarks are shown for identification purposes. Client logos, screenshots and testimonials remain the property of their respective owners.

For client projects, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client on final payment unless the written agreement states otherwise.

Services, scope and payment

Scope, timescales, fees and payment terms are set out in the written proposal for each engagement. Work begins once the proposal is accepted.

Where a service depends on access to a third-party platform — eBay, Vinted, WordPress, hosting — the client is responsible for providing and maintaining that access. Delays caused by access not being available may affect timescales.

What we do not guarantee

Search rankings, marketplace visibility, sales volumes and platform statuses such as eBay Top-Rated Seller are determined by third parties and cannot be guaranteed by anyone. We commit to the work, the method and honest reporting of results — not to outcomes outside our control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
