Who we are

This website is operated by Fatima Tech Works Limited, registered in England and Wales, trading as Hafiza Sidra Javid. For any question about this policy or your data, contact [email protected].

For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Fatima Tech Works Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

Contact form. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, the type of enquiry you select, and the message you write. Nothing else is required.

Checklist download. If you request the free seller checklist we collect your email address in order to send it to you.

Analytics. If analytics is enabled, we collect anonymised usage data — pages visited, approximate location at country level, device type and referring site. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use analytics to identify individuals.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and diagnostic purposes.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

To reply to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests — you contacted us and expect a response.

To send the checklist you requested. Lawful basis: consent, given when you submit the form.

To understand how the site is used and improve it. Lawful basis: consent for analytics cookies.

To keep the site secure. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

Form submissions are delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form relay, which processes the data solely to forward it to us. The site is hosted on shared cPanel hosting. Fonts are currently served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics processes anonymised usage data.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, and for up to two years afterwards for business records. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
